Isaiah 55:8-9 “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your way My ways,” says the Lord. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My way higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.

This scripture gives me comfort when I pray earnestly for something to turn out a specific way and God chooses a different answer.  Often times I can look back and see that God’s answer was the best and sometimes I have to go on faith that God’s answer is the best.  However, I firmly believe this scripture in Isaiah, even so faith to accept Gods answer is not always immediate or easy.

Has this ever happened to you, that Gods answer is different from the one you were asking for?  Ask God to speak to you today in your Devo time if you need faith to accept and answer and Gods Peace to live on the other side of that faith.
