Lent 2018
Lent is the 40 days before Easter, not including Sundays. It is a time set a part to give consideration to the 40 days Jesus spent fasting and being tested by satan in the desert before He began his ministry. Even Jesus set Himself apart for a time on several occasions to call on and be strengthen by God as an example to us that in our busy lives. We need focused time with God to live in this lost and broken world.

March 24th
Please pray for Peter and Moala Cashing the Founder Director and wife of Leadership Training Center (LTC). The schools we have prayed for all week are under the umbrella of this ministry. Also, under that umbrella among many other things is a Bible College known as the Life Transforming College International (LTCI). LTCI train and equip pastors to go back into their communities and plant churches. These pastors in training need much prayer to be equipped to go back into their communities often as a lone family for God and set out to minister to their community one relationship at a time. Spend some time today thinking about the barriers and hardships you would face if you and your family were the only or among a very few Christians in your community! Add on top of that a third world living style with all its hardships, knowing that the only thing you have to work with is your passion for God. LTC ministry supports the efforts of these pastors to the extent possible when they are sent out and of course God power is with them!
Please pray for God’s provision for these pastors. Pray for the specific things God lays on your heart! From what little I know about a tea garden church the pastor and family need support, protection, encouragement, supplies, a building to hold church, and Gods creativity to draw the community in. I’m sure that is just a drop in the bucket of their true needs.
